Use a transfer password
The transfer password is used for encryption and is not stored by the app.
Understand what is included
The package includes audit data, selected questions, conduct results, document references, reviewed OCR values, evidence, findings, response documents, report wording/state, attachments, and audit-specific traceability.
Preview before importing
Import preview shows package details, included audit data, participants and rights, warnings, blocked reasons, and whether the audit already exists locally.
Use Smart Merge when a local audit exists
The review compares Question, Status/Conclusion, Notes, Findings, Evidence, and Doc refs with Old, Merge, and New decisions.
What makes it useful
- Preventive backup supports controlled import behavior.
- Duplicate package fingerprints can be blocked.
- Participants, rights, and import notes are visible before import decisions are applied.
