From audit work to output

Reports

Reports bring the audit identity, scope, findings, documents, responses, conclusion, and evidence into a structured output.

Step by step

Open the draft report

Use Step 4 in Audit Detail to create or open the draft report.

Review the report sections

Reports can include audit identification, site or supplier information, general site information, audit scope, checklist summary, findings, document references, response documents, final conclusion, and evidence appendix.

Edit the source records where allowed

Report screens can open related setup, site information, findings, evidence, document references, response documents, and final conclusion when the user has rights.

Upload response documents

Use Step 5 to upload or manage response documents and mark which are included in the final report.

Export the protected DOCX report

DOCX export creates a protected report download on web or opens share/save on device platforms.

What makes it useful

  • The report is connected to audit records instead of being typed from scratch.
  • The user can work from report view back into the underlying source record.
  • Response documents and final conclusion have a defined place in the flow.

What this helps prevent

Copy-paste reports, missing appendices, and report wording that drifts away from the actual audit record.
